La mejor receta de Bolognesa
- A pan/skillet.
- A pot.
- Vegetable mincer.
- A strainer.
- A chopping board.
- 1 cup for the white wine.
- 1 measuring cup for the water.
|300 g. of pasta (spaghetti).|
|2 garlic cloves.|
|1 big onion|
|350 g. of grounded beef.|
|2 pear tomatoes.|
|100 g. of tomato sauce.|
|50 ml. of white wine.|
|100 ml. of water.|
|Salt, pepper and 1 bay leaf.|
|Optional: Grated cheese (Parmesan) and parsley leaves.|
First, heat up the water with a pinch of salt and boil the pasta for 6 – 8 minutes. Strain it and set aside.
Next, mince the vegetables (garlic, onion and carrot).
Then, add the garlic to a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and cook it at medium-low temperature for 2-3 minutes. Add the onion and carrot and cook it for 10 minutes at the same temperature until the onion is transparent and the carrot softens.
Then, add the grounded beef and stir fry until it´s fully coloured, then add the white wine and let it evaporate.
Next, add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water bay leaf and spices and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Finally, serve the spaghettis covered with a ladle of sauce. Garnish with a leaf of parsley and grated cheese.
