La mejor receta de Panna Cotta
Chocolate Panna Cotta
- A pot.
- 2 cups for the cream and milk.
- 2 bowls for the chocolate chips and the water.
- 1 sieve.
- 1 skimmer.
- 1 whisk.
- Moulds to chill the panacotta.
- Plastic wrap.
|200 ml. of milk.|
|400 ml. of cream.|
|120g. of white sugar.|
|120 g. of chocolate chips.|
|8 g. of leaf gelatin (4 sheets).|
First, put the leaf gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water to hydrate them for 5 – 10 minutes.
Then, remove the sheets of the water with a skimmer and let them dry.
Then, sieve the sugar to assure it has not any lumps.
Next, put the milk and cream in the pot and heat it up until it almost boils.
Then, add the sieved sugar and chocolate chips and stir constantly the mixture.
Next, when the chocolate is fully melted add the leaf gelatin while you continue stiring the mixture for 2 – 3 more minutes
Finally, pour the mixture in the moulds, cover them with the plastic wrap and let it chill in the freezer for 2 hours or at the fridge the whole night.
