- A mixing bowl for the cous cous.

|250 g. of cous cous.|
|250 g. of water.|
|150 g. of shrimps.|
|2 garlic cloves.|
|1 big onion.|
|100 ml. of white wine.|
|1 bay leaf.|
|Salt, pepper and chopped parsley.|
First, boil the shrimps in water/fumet (if they are not cooked) with a pinch of salt in a pot.
Next, chill the shrimps in cold water and peel them.
Then, put the cous cous in the mixing bowl and we add the same quantity of the liquid we used to boil the shrimps. We put on the lid and let it rest for at least five minutes.
Then, me peel and mince all the vegetables.
Next, add a tablespoon of oil to the pan and we cook there de garlic, onion, carrots and peppers in that order until they soften.
Then, add the shrimps and stir fry 2 . 3 minutes until they brown a bit.
Then, add the bay leaf, chopped parsley and white wine to the pan and let the liquid reduce.
Finally, season with salt and pepper and mix with the cous cous. We aromatize with a tablespoon of olive oil.
