La mejor receta de Brownie con Oreo
- A pot to melt the butter and the chocolate.
- A mould to bake the brownie.
- A mixing bowl.
- A kitchen scale.
- A sieve.
- A whisk.
- A brush.
|175 g. of butter.|
|200 g. of chocolate.|
|100 g. of white sugar.|
|75 g. of brown sugar.|
|75 g. of flour.|
|1 teaspoon of baking powder.|
|1 pack of oreos.|
First, preheat the oven to 200ºC and melt the chocolate and the butter in a pot at low heat or in a mixing bowl over hot water. Place first the chocolate and after the butter because chocolate takes longer time to melt. (Can chop the chocolate to melt it faster).
Then, whip the eggs and both sugars in other mixing bowl until the mixture is soft and homogeneous.
Next, chill the chocolate mixture a bit and pour it in the eggs while you stir and mix everything with the whisk.
Then, sieve together the flour and baking powder and them a little by little to the mixture. Mix everything with the whisk until there are no lumps.
Next, break the oreos in little pieces and add them to the mixture.
Then, butter the mould with a brush and pour the batter. Bake it at 200 ºC for 10 - 15 minutes, until you check the brownie with a toothpick and it gets only a bit dirty.
