Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 2 bowls for the egg wash and the breadcrumbs
- A pair of tongs to seal the chicken
- 1 pan/skillet
- 2 toothpicks to hold together the chicken
- 1 sheet of vegetable/oven paper
- 1 oven tray
|5 chicken breast filets|
|10 cheese slices|
|5 ham slices|
|Salt and pepper|
First, season the chicken filets with salt and pepper.
Then, mix the breadcrumbs with the oregano.
